No 1 – 40 sports / fitness activities

I am going to partake in 40 different sports and fitness activities over the year.  Some of the sports will be ones that I currently do, such as badminton and stoolball, however I am planning to try some new sports like kayaking and golf.

    How about a little pootle to the marina for coffee and cake? After a lovely rest, a little pootle back??? All on cycle routes so no cars to contend with xx
